We are located in Louisville Kentucky USA.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. We ship to the USA and Canada currently, we hope to expand soon.

Q. I got my order and now i dont know how to use it, can you help me?

A. We will try, however we're not experts and a lot of the items we sell require pretty in-depth technical knowledge to use. Most of the time we can only point you towards help resources elsewhere.

Q. GRRR My item is missing a part/defective! Whats wrong with you people?! Why would you do this to me?

A. Whoa whoa, remember we dont manufacture or package any of the items we sell, we just sell em! Defective parts or missing pieces occasionally happen unfortunately but we're more than happy to exchange, refund or in certain cases repair items to make things right.

Q. My order has been shipped but my tracking isnt updated/more time has elapsed than expected. I'm sure its lost!

A. Tracking issues are most often seen with USPS shipments and on the rare occasion that your tracking doesnt update its usually nothing to be worried about, your order is likely still on its way to you. Lost shipments are very rare, if your order is taking significantly longer than expected to arrive, let us know and we'll look into it for you. Keep in mind that packages may not move on weekends or holidays so deduct those days from the time elapsed. You may also see significant delays around Christmas and New Years.
