"It's Better, But Not Great"

Review:: I gave the Talismoon Whisper Fan an average rating because of all the research I did on the product and the actual results after installing it. It does run quiter than the original fan, but not as quiet as I would like it. I'm using my Xbox as a media extender and have to "tune-out" the whirring fan noise. It also runs louder when playing games than when I am playing music or watching videos. The fan I received did not have the turbo switch option so I can't speak for the fan that has one.
