1. use the screw driver that comes with the H.D shell kit to remove the 4 screws.

2. as shown by the arrow take the bottom original H.D. shell off.

3. Take out the Hard Drive

5. Follow the arrow and put the Hard Drive into the XCM H.D shell bottom shell.

6. As shown by pic A and pic C, follow arrow B to put together the Hard Drive and bottom XCM 360 H.D shell

7. Take out the black button and spring

8. Put the black button set and spring in the on the Hard Drive set; then install the XCM 360 H.D shell button on top of it.

9. Install the XCM 360 H. D shell top piece on

10. Follow pic A, B arrow to put together the top and bottom XCM 360 H.D shell

11. Use the 4 screws to secure the top and bottom XCM 360 H.D shell together (with Hard Drive inside)

12.Installation complete!
